1. What type of materials are used in my home?

All materials will be noted on the specifications for your home. This will be included in the Purchase & Sales (P&S) agreement.

2. Will the home be energy efficient?

We strive to build “Energy Star” rated homes. Please visit our Energy Efficiency page for more information.

Standard windows are Low “E”, Argon filled interior grid vinyl Harvey windows.

This will vary, but will meet Massachusetts Building Code and Energy Star requirements.

Forced hot air by oil is standard.

As a standard, we use Certainteed Woodscape 30 year shingles. Please visit the Certainteed web site for details on the manufacturers warranty.
